Do you desire a stake in the land that so many are fighting over? A barony, a holding, or a hunting ground to call your own? Then you had best save your silver, for the price of contested land isn’t cheap.<\/p>\n

Each of the factions vying for control of Impiltur have need of loyal bannermen, and what better way to ensure loyalty that tying them to estates of their own to defend? Foreign adventurer, local knight, and cruel invade alike are invited to fund the war effort and buy a title and tile of land. Local laws will be up to the new barons, so long as the laws of the ruling power is upheld. How will these new landowners wield their new power? Will they rule justly, or impose their will, all in the name of their lordly rulers?<\/p>\n

The local Septar has decided to allow the various groups now dwelling in their local region of Halruaa to lay legitimate claim to the territories they\u2019ve settled on<\/span>. For a modest price<\/span>, of course<\/span>. What these foreign travelers choose to do in their new lands is up to them<\/span>. Laws<\/span>, taxes<\/span>, and even official patrols are theirs to enforce and enact<\/span>. How many benevolent kings will rise from these Halruaan wastes<\/span>, and how many ill<\/span>-omened overlords will arise to face them<\/span>?<\/span><\/p>\n

In our tile system, if you and your clan of\u00a0<\/span>at least\u00a0<\/span><\/em>4 get up enough gold between yourselves, you may go to the Warlords\u2019 keep to purchase tiles within the land.\u00a0 Though the clan will be the owners, the character who opened the ticket to purchase the tile, will become the Baron.\u00a0 On these tiles that you buy and own, you will be in charge of the taxes, residents, and the like.\u00a0 Will you be a benevolent leader or a malevolent one?\u00a0<\/p>\n

A tile is any section of outlined land on the in-game map labelled with a green number. The first tile you purchase must be the one in which your clan base is located. A full tiles map can be found at the bottom of the page. <\/span><\/p>\n

Please note: Tiles containing hubs cannot be purchased. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The tile system is 100% OOC knowledge.\u00a0 Your characters have NO knowledge of who owns what land unless the Baron\/Baroness announces it themselves and you personally hear it from someone IC.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Once more, all tile knowledge is NOT IC unless you, specifically are told IC.<\/strong><\/span> Think of it as real life. If you wander onto some land, you don’t know who owns this land, not until you interact with people and get that information through speaking to them.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Continuing.\u00a0 The warps that you receive when buying a tile are not private<\/strong><\/span> as this is a land-owned warp that is placed specifically down for any to visit if they know the location.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Expanding upon that,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 No one should use a clan warp or know that the warp even exists until you find it IC.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 How would you know where to warp if you’ve never been to the place before?\u00a0 The answer is, that you cannot.
Think before you do, because there are consequences for your actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
