Aspect of the Beast: The aspect of your choice guides your path forward and grants additional boons.

Bear:  You are able to change into the form of a Bear, allowing yourself to bear-hug a target within 1 foundation of you, locking them from casting spells or abilities. You also are the target of any spells or abilities cast towards the target of your grasp. This can be used in the initiative spell phase.

Elk:  You are able to change into the form of an Elk. Reposition an additional 3 foundations in any direction on top of your base 4 foundation movement.

Wolf: You are able to change into the form of a Wolf. Howling will deafen all targets within 4 foundations for 10 minutes.
