You are distantly related to a particular kind of dragon. You can speak, read, and write Draconic. Additionally, whenever you interact with Draconic DMNPCs, you gain an Advantage on all Charisma-based skill checks, if the DM allows.
You may also choose a type of dragon from the below list; this determines the damage of your breath weapon and the type of resistance you gain.
