For 1 Ki point, you may strike at an opponent within 1 foundation to attempt to blind them, taking them out of the initiative order and unable to cast spells. This does not however take them out of the fight when used in mechanical. When used in dice, they are considered stunned for 1 turn. This will take your place in initiative order and count as your spell.
