As an action, you may polymorph into a human as per the polymorph spell and back into your true form as a bonus action. If you are reduced to 0 hit points in this form you revert back into your true form. Any damage you take in your changed form is transferred over to your own hit points.

This is for Hengeyokai ONLY:
As an action, you may hide your bestial features, and reveal them again as a bonus action. If you are reduced to 0 hit points while your features are hidden, they become apparent again.

Additionally, you can shift into animal form. When you whitelist, specify your form with screenshots of human polymorph, bestial form, and animal form.
