Orcs have to pillage or raid once a month to satisfy their bloodthirsty deity or incur Gruumsh’s Wrath. If an orc fails to perform this task or turns away from the faith of Gruumsh, they will earn the Ire of Gruumsh and be considered Outcast by all other orcs.
