Originating in the swamps of Cormyr, the Blackscale lizardfolk are distinguished by their dark scales and sunken, almost skull-like faces, not unlike the features possessed by black dragons. They are quick to anger and often act impulsivity, preferring the use of brute force in battle. Their tribes are far smaller than those of other lizardfolk.

The damage dealt by the Blackscale’s Bite attack counts as poison (or acid) dmg for the purposes of overcoming resistances. You are also resistant to both poison damage and the Poisoned condition.
