Once a day, you can magically summon a spectral tentacle to strike at your foe. As an action, you create a tentacle that can reach out to a length of 5 foundations, and then use it to attack a creature. Upon a successful hit, the target is dragged one foundation towards you and is restrained for a turn.
If used in mechanical, it will pull the creature up two foundations
