Banshee’s survive and thrive on their hatred for the living, the very souls who are happy when they are unable. Once every 30 days the Banshee must hunt and haunt one victim of their choosing. You must open a DM ticket when the haunt is completed or attempted, failure to do this the Banshee will diminish and a reroll will be needed.
