The following are the legendary actions that the Lich may perform when in its Lair.

Cantrip: A lich may cast a cantrip as one legendary action

Paralyzing Gaze: The Lich casts Hold Person on a target they can see within 5 foundations

Frightening Gaze: The Lich casts Fear on a target they can see within 5 foundations.
