As a PvP Consequence, you can touch a downed enemy. That creature is then charmed by you for two hours, or if the player is willing to keep the curse. They can be cured of your curse, by having the Remove Curse spell cast upon them. You can communicate with this individual as long as the two of you remain on the same plane of existence. You cannot force the individual to harm themselves.
